Broccoli Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 ½ cups half & half
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 oz rotini pasta cooked to al dente (4 ounces)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 8 ounces

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a casserole or baking dish.
