Easy Buffalo Chicken Wraps Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2-3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 roma tomatoes chopped
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Season the chicken with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add in the chicken, and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway, until browned and cooked through.
  • Arrange the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and carrots in the middle of each tortilla.
  • Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing, and sprinkle blue cheese over the top.
  • Roll up the tortillas into a burrito shape.
  • Slice in half and serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing.
