INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced into strips
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2-3 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 roma tomatoes chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season the chicken with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add in the chicken, and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the pieces halfway, until browned and cooked through.
- Arrange the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and carrots in the middle of each tortilla.
- Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing, and sprinkle blue cheese over the top.
- Roll up the tortillas into a burrito shape.
- Slice in half and serve with extra ranch or blue cheese dressing.
