BURGER IN A BOWL (EASY & KETO!)

BOWL:

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 oz Leaf lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup Red onions (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 medium Avocado (sliced)

BURGER SAUCE:

  • 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, season with sea salt and black pepper. Stir fry, breaking up the pieces with a spatula, for about 7-10 minutes, until the beef is browned and moisture has evaporated.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Divide the leave lettuce among 4 bowls. Top with tomatoes, onions, and cheddar.
  4. When the beef is cooked, add it to the bowls, along with fanned avocado slices.
  5. Drizzle burger bowls with burger sauce.
