- 2 large Tomatoes (~5 oz each)
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese
- 0.2 oz Fresh basil (~8 leaves, plus more for garnish if desired)
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

- Make balsamic glaze according to the instructions here. (Alternatively, use store-bought for true 5-minute salad prep!)
- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into thick slices, for a total of 8 slices of each.
- Arrange the tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and basil leaves on a platter, alternating them.
- Drizzle the Caprese salad with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
