INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound chicken thighs bone in, skin on
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or nonstick spray. Preheat to 400F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and olive oil. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, including between the skin and the thigh meat.⅓ cup honey,⅓ cup dijon mustard,2 tablespoons olive oil,1 pound chicken thighs
- Place the chicken in the greased basket, skin side up, and cook for 14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F on an instant read thermometer.
