Ingredients
- 60ml (1/4 cup) rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 1 long fresh red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced
- Select all ingredients
Method Steps
- Step 1Combine the vinegar, 60ml (1/4 cup) water, sugar and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine until the sugar has dissolved. Add the chilli and cucumber. Stir to coat. Set aside for 15 minutes to pickle. Drain and transfer to a serving bowl to serve.
