Veggie and kimchi burger

Ingredients

  • 4 veggie burger patties
  • 4 Coles Brioche Burger Buns, split, toasted
  • 1/4 cup (75g) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 400g tub kimchi, drained
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • Select all ingredients

Method Steps

  • Step 1Spray a large frying pan with olive oil spray. Place over medium heat. Cook the veggie patties for 4 mins each side or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Step 2Divide the bun bases among serving plates. Top bases evenly with the veggie patties, mayonnaise, kimchi, cabbage and bun tops and serve immediately.
