INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons or 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 cup chicken broth
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rub the chicken breasts with the taco seasoning.
- Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Press the Manual button and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- When the timer is up, release the pressure manually or naturally.
- Shred the chicken.
- Serve the chicken in tortillas or taco shells, and the load the tacos with all of your favorite fixings.
