Crockpot BBQ Chicken Meatballs Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and spray lightly with nonstick spray. Set aside.ingredients for crockpot bbq chicken meatballs

NOTES

  • Storage: Store meatballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Make Ahead: Follow the recipe through step 4. Freeze cooked meatballs in an airtight container for up to 2 months. When ready to serve, transfer the frozen meatballs to the crockpot and continue with step 4. Add an extra hour to the slow cook time.
