CHEF SALAD (EASY IN 15 MINUTES!)

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 8 oz Deli ham (diced)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup Cucumbers (1 medium; cut into quarter moons)
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese (cubed)
  • 4 large Hard boiled eggs (sliced)
  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Thousand Island Dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place chopped lettuce into a large bowl, or divide among serving bowls.
  2. Top with ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, cubed cheeses, and sliced eggs.
  3. Add dressing and toss to coat, or serve dressing on the side of individual bowls.
