Ingredients:
- 2 slices bread
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon jam
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:
- Mix one egg and milk into bowl — whisk until fully combined.
- Place slices of bread into egg and milk mixture, making sure each side is coated.
- #SpoonTip: Let the bread soak on each side for at least 15 seconds to allow for mixture to fully seep in.
- Using a lightly oiled pan, toast slices of bread until just golden brown.
- Fry second egg so that yolk is still runny.
- Slather on thick layer of peanut butter and jam on French toast slices.
- #SpoonTip: Use powdered peanut butter for a light, yet nutty taste.
- Place egg on top of jam, and put bread slices together to make a sandwich. Pour maple syrup on top and cut in half. Enjoy.
